Great value for money and attention to detail. The location on Monte Casino square is perfect, with access to a number of restaurants as well as being located near the outdoor eating area. The service from staff is fantastic and the basic amenities in the room are great, with beautiful views of Monte Casino. We had a double bed, and breakfast was included which is of good quality and even has options for vegans.

Our stay at the hotel next to Theatro was a breeze. The outstanding food in the restaurant and the extremely friendly staff made our experience unforgettable. Despite our late arrival, we were greeted with smiles and understanding. The keys were ready, and we were on our way without any stress or delay. We overslept and missed breakfast, but the kind staff was so understanding, allowing us to leave past the check-out time. The high occupancy during Valentine's weekend didn't affect the great service we received. The sweets in the room were top-notch, and the bar staff was friendly. Although we had to wait for breakfast, the staff and management were caring and attentive. My evening was truly special, and I want to thank the hotel for that. The only area we struggled with was parking, but that was beyond their control. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for foreigners seeking a safe environment.

The hotel is located in a lively area with a variety of options for dining out at night, a shopping mall nearby, and a popular entertainment complex within walking distance. The rooms are modern, comfy, and well-equipped with facilities. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of choices.

The staff can be noisy in the corridors early in the morning, which can be disturbing if you're trying to sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the Montecasino facility, close to restaurants, shops, and even the bird park. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Sphiwe at the bar area. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a spacious and tidy room, a powerful blow dryer, and a comfortable bed with awesome pillows. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was top-notch.

Great Experience at Sunsquare

From the moment we arrived at Sunsquare, we were impressed. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome. Our room was clean and beautifully decorated with the flowers we requested. We had a fantastic dining experience at the Avary restaurant, the food and service were excellent. our stay was very pleasant and we would highly recommend Sunsquare. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The location was perfect for my needs as it was excellent, directly in the heart of Montecasino. The beautiful flowery gardens and stunning koi pond added to the overall appeal. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service, going out of their way to look after us, especially during the busy breakfast shift. The hotel had all the basic amenities one would need, and the breakfast was tasty and satisfying.

The hotel had a great location, in the heart of all the action. It was so convenient to walk out the door and be surrounded by so much entertainment and dining options. the hotel offered two complementary drinks which was a nice touch. And the room was really stylish and modern, I loved the decor.

The noise level in my room was quite high, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. , the air-con didn't seem to be working properly and could not be adjusted to a cooler temperature.
