Had a great weekend away, found the hotel to be in a perfect location for exploring the city and all its attractions. the breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options, and the friendly staff made us feel very welcome. the complimentary parking and the lovely modern decor were also a bonus to our very comfortable stay.

We had a minor issue with our reservation and had to wait at reception to be checked in, but the staff did their best to sort out the problem. We also found the Wi-Fi signal to be weak in our room.

As foreign tourists, we absolutely loved the fabulous location of the hotel! It was right near the famous Kramerbrucke bridge and a lively square with fantastic restaurants and cafes. We found it incredibly convenient to explore the Altstadt on foot. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with excellent showers. I recently stayed at Hotel Am Kaisersaal for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the historical city center. I was able to easily explore the main sights of this beautiful city on foot. The hotel staff were incredibly professional and helpful, speaking multiple languages fluently. The room was spacious, clean, and had a large desk, which I appreciated. The bed was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff even prepared a lunch pack for my early train departure, which was a thoughtful gesture. I would definitely stay here again.
