I recently stayed at Taj in Cape Town for 4 days and had an amazing experience. The staff at reception, especially Ruth, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The turndown service was a lovely touch and the valet parking made things so convenient. my stay at Taj was absolutely perfect.

Our stay at the hotel was okay, location was convenient with easy access to many strategic areas around the hotel. We felt safe in the V & A area. The room was spacious, with a large bath/toilet, and a brilliant decor. The staff was always willing to help, although they may not always have been able to. Breakfast had a good collection although something felt out of order.

The lobby seemed perpetually too busy, which was not a pleasant sight.

Nice pool. Good valet service. Staff went above and beyond for my parents' special occasion. Beautiful room with thoughtful amenities. Excellent staff at the club level.

The breakfast was incredible, with a huge variety of delicious food that really set me up for the day. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always making sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay extra special, arranging a romantic setup in our room. The gym equipment was great, and I loved the sauna. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway.

Stunning city and mountain views from 15th floor rooms. Luxurious bathroom, neat and clean facilities with beautiful designs. Convenient location, walking distance to Green Market Square and Red Bus stop. Warm and welcoming staff with outstanding valet service. Superb breakfast with many options for different diets.

taj exceeded my expectations with their warm and welcoming staff, spacious and comfortable room, and delicious buffet breakfast with plenty of options. the concierge service and complimentary shuttle were also a great convenience during our stay.

For the price we paid, our stay at Taj was an incredible value. The room was luxurious and spacious, with every amenity you could ask for. The location in the historical area was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

My stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations of luxury accommodation. The exclusive amenities provided made me feel like royalty. The Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Heated swimming pool were all exceptional. The staff provided outstanding service with no request going unanswered such as massage, facial, and waxing. The room was spacious with exclusive private facilities and the continental breakfast provided was exquisite.

The Snack bar lacked a variety of options. Nonetheless, this minor issue did not affect my overall experience at this venue.

We had a lovely experience during our Christmas stay. the staff were very kind and gave us complimentary treats in our room, which was a nice surprise. the location was perfect for exploring the city and we enjoyed being within walking distance to many attractions. the breakfast selection was impressive and had something for everyone.

We had some trouble with our room key not working and there were issues with the shower handle. we had requested a specific room type but were given something different upon arrival.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Cape Town, close to Long Street. The location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. The room was beautifully appointed, with comfortable furnishings and a quiet ambiance. The bathroom was luxurious and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the complimentary airport pick-up and shuttle service to the waterfront.

I did experience some delays in the check-in process, which was a bit disappointing.
