Communication about early check-in could improve

I had an amazing stay at a hotel right across from the beautiful beach. The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of storage and a fridge. The bathroom was impressive, with a large sink area and a luxurious bathtub. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Rambo the Porter. The buffet breakfast was delicious, although a bit slow in service. The swimming pool was great, although there were limited sunbeds and no shade. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, room amenities, and friendly staff.

We had a delightful 53rd-anniversary celebration with family and friends at Ginger. The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel facilities were in great working order, from the TV to the air con and taps. The breakfast was more than adequate, and the beachfront location was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the staff, especially the manager and receptionist, were superb. The hotel's proximity to the Boardwalk complex and Hobie beach was a bonus.

Here, I had a great time. The location was superb - right next to the boardwalk, overlooking the beautiful promenade. I loved the fact that it was just opposite the beach - perfect for a nice stroll and a quick dip in the ocean. The room amenities were amazing - ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The best part was definitely the staff - they gave great service, from the doorman to the cleaners.

The plumbing in the hotel could use some attention, as the hot water took quite a while to reach my room and the water pressure was low.

We received two complementary gifts upon arrival which was a nice touch. the hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. the breakfast buffet was excellent and offered a wide variety of options to choose from.
