The gardens were visually appealing. Deluxe room was mistakenly booked, but management acknowledged the error. Selina, the receptionist, was hospitable and made the stay enjoyable. Friendly staff. Good price and location.

Our stay at Cycad Lodge & Chalets was amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the gardens were lovely. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the entire setup was just luxurious. Despite a few drawbacks like paid WiFi and occasional power outages, I would definitely recommend this hotel. our experience was truly enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Nelspruit and had a wonderful experience. The location, nestled in a quiet suburb, provided a peaceful and relaxing environment. The hotel staff, with their exceptional service, made me feel welcome and taken care of. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a separate TV in the master bedroom for added convenience. I also loved the outdoor patio that came with each room, a great touch for enjoying the beautiful landscape and neatly kept garden. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality services.

I highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Had a great Xmas weekend break at a wonderful spot. the spacious accommodation was perfect with two great bedrooms and well-equipped kitchen, plus the sitting area was a big plus. the well-maintained garden and friendly staff are what made the stay even better. the key location fact was very convenient, easy to move around and to explore the area. Plus, the beautiful surroundings were perfect for a relaxing holiday.
