I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. It is nestled in a beautiful forest, surrounded by palm trees and located right by the serene Sirivani river. The location alone is worth a visit as it provides a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service. They offer a wide range of amenities including room service, car hire, housekeeping and laundry. I particularly liked the fact that they have pet amenities available, which is great for pet owners like myself.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The staff is friendly and helpful, offering a range of local cuisine in the restaurant. The spa services are also commendable.

Some guests experienced issues with the housekeeping service and noise disturbance from other guests.

We had a great time in this hotel during our city break. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions, and easy to get to from the airport. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the fact that the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi. The breakfast had a good variety of food to choose from. It was great to start the day with a meal that had both local and international options. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was important for us as we needed to stay connected to our work.

There were a few things that we didn't like about this hotel. For starters, the gym was quite small and didn't have enough equipment.
