We had a great family stay at this charming, historic inn. The location is perfect, just a short drive from a quaint town with interesting shops and sites. Our room was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the authentic country pub atmosphere and the tasty food in the restaurant.

Some areas of the lounge could have been cleaner, but it didn't detract from our overall experience.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Moonlight dinner on nearby farm with amazing food and scenery. Charming, old-world feel with original furniture. No ensuite bathrooms but adds to the character. Incredible value for money.

We spent New Year's Eve in a rustic and charming hotel with beautiful antique furniture and spacious rooms. the location was perfect, not too far from the village center and with a really tasty and well-presented restaurant onsite. the friendly staff was attentive and caring, which made our stay very comfortable.

There was no onsite parking, and we had to park on the street. the water had a strange taste and smell, so we could not drink it.
