We got incredible value for our money with a friendly owner who gave us a warm welcome, a free welcome beer, and showed us to our unique barrel room. The view was stunning, the deck and pool were perfect for relaxation, and the owner even helped us with a reservation at a nearby restaurant. We felt like we were vacationing with friends. Definitely coming back!

The breakfast selection could have been better, but that's just a minor detail compared to the overall amazing experience.

the log cabin lodge was an absolute dream. the stunning views, peaceful atmosphere, and welcoming staff made our stay unforgettable. the room was beautifully furnished, clean, and had everything we needed. we loved the breakfast and the option to order food from a nearby restaurant. it truly felt like a little slice of paradise.

We couldn't have asked for better value for our money at Log Cabin Lodge. Our room was absolutely delightful, with every detail thought through, and the views over the vineyard and fields were incredible. The staff were kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect - close enough to town, but tucked away in a green and warm oasis in the evenings.

Hotel breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

I enjoyed exploring the nearby University of Stellenbosch Botanical Garden and Bugz Family Playpark. The outdoor swimming pool and barbecue facilities were a great addition, and the free cooked-to-order breakfast was delicious.

Oh, and let's not forget the pleasure of having a crying cat trying to get into the house all weekend. Such a delightful experience.
