I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel in Port Elizabeth. the rooms were spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linen was of the highest quality. the highlight of my stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Mary, the banqueting manager. She went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. the hotel, owned and run by an Austrian hotelier, truly exceeded my expectations. I can't thank Mr P. enough for the unforgettable experience. I will definitely be returning in the future.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway, making it easy to access by car. It is also in close proximity to the airport, which is ideal for those with early flights. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, providing a variety of dining options for guests. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the staff at the reception are friendly and helpful.

The check-out time is quite early at 11am, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

Staying here was an absolute pleasure! The hilltop location provided a breathtaking view of the harbor - one of the most stunning sights I've ever seen. The staff were amazing: from the friendly security guard who greets you as you enter the parking area to the helpful duty manager, every single person I interacted with was a joy to talk to. The service was impeccable, with excellent room service, efficient car hire, speedy dry cleaning, and attentive housekeeping and laundry services. The airport shuttle was prompt and convenient. I appreciated the welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance, which made me feel right at home. The room was very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed and more, like free Wi-Fi, a sitting area, and terrace, all while feeling like home.
