Spacious and well-equipped room, great location close to key attractions. the friendly host was a bonus and made us feel welcomed.

Terrible communication about breakfast, which was very basic and not worth the price. Limited parking spots which made entry and exit difficult.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the freeway, making it easy to travel around the area. Additionally, being close to restaurants is a huge convenience, especially for guests looking for dining options within walking distance. The value for money is excellent as well, with affordable prices for comfortable accommodations.

All was good, no improvements needed.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my large dogs, even during thunder showers. Breakfast had a limited selection but the coffee was fresh. The gardens had a heated pool and tropical plants. Security was good and my car had a secure garage. The room was clean and I was upgraded to a better one.

I had a great stay at Pepper Tree Bed And Breakfast. The location was fantastic, situated in a lovely and secure area. It was easy to find and exceeded my expectations. The host, Paul, was extremely friendly and accommodating. The property had beautiful gardens with a heated swimming pool, perfect for relaxing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I felt secure with the good security measures in place. I had a wonderful time at Pepper Tree and would definitely recommend it to others.
