Our stay at the Lovely little B&B was fantastic! We were greeted with a warm welcome and even offered a pot of tea upon arrival. The room was clean and tidy with all the necessary amenities. We were pleasantly surprised when the owners provided Prosecco for my partner's birthday breakfast, a lovely touch! The location was excellent, and the owners were friendly and informative. Would highly recommend this B&B to others. we had a great experience and would definitely return in the future.

The hotel is located in a fantastic spot, just a stone's throw away from the beach and shops. It was so convenient to be able to explore the town centre and have easy access to everything around. The room was excellent, with all the necessary amenities like a comfortable bed, good selection of drinks, and even bath robes. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of options and providing a great start to the day.

Parking at the property was minimal, but there was a public car park just across the road.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely B&B. the hosts, Vicky and Leigh, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We have dietary restrictions, but the breakfast they provided was delicious and had plenty of options for our gluten and dairy-free needs. My daughter even raved about the omelette she had! the location of the B&B was perfect, with easy access to the seafront, harbour, shops, and the steam railway. We cannot thank Vicky and Leigh enough for their warm hospitality. We'll definitely be coming back to St Weonards for another visit.

We had a delightful stay at the bed and breakfast. The family room was clean and bright, with comfortable beds. The owners, Leigh and Vicky, were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. They even surprised my son with fairy cakes and candles for his birthday breakfast. The location was perfect, with the beach and town within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it. a great choice for families.

The family room was located on a higher floor, which made it difficult for my 74-year-old self and my 3-year-old great-granddaughter to climb the stairs. Also, the windows didn't have safety locks, raising concerns about leaving them open at night.

St Weonards was a great value for the money with a clean, bright room and comfortable bed. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach and tucked away from noisy areas. The staff were welcoming and helpful, even letting us use the nearby car park at a discounted rate. Plus, being able to bring our dog and having a nice park nearby for walks was a bonus.

The only breakfast option that could have been improved was the variety of vegetarian dishes available.

My family and I recently stayed at this lovely bed and breakfast for a short getaway. The owners, Vicky and Leigh, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The guest house itself was very comfortable, and the food they cooked for us was delicious. We were especially touched by their thoughtful gesture of surprising my husband with a bottle of prosecco and glasses on his birthday. We had a great time with our grandchildren and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Our room was clean, tidy, and great value for money. We also loved the option of a freshly cooked breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. The hosts even went above and beyond by providing thoughtful doggy accessories for our furry friend. Highly recommended for a wonderful stay.
