Convenient central location, close to great restaurants. Spacious and clean room and bathroom with comfortable bed and quality linen. Helpful and friendly staff, particularly the bag helper. Secure parking and lovely gardens. Renovation planned.

I had the most pleasant stay at a hidden gem with exceptional service. The charming venue exuded old school charm, and the courtyard where my wedding reception was held was simply magical. The food was delectable and the staff, from the concierge to the catering team, were always ready to assist. They truly made my day stress-free and memorable. The atmosphere was peaceful, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom spacious. I highly recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway.

The hotel was located in a great area with easy access to shops and restaurants. the rooms were kept very clean and tidy, and the food we had in the hotel was absolutely amazing.

The hotel was lacking in certain technological amenities, such as smart TVs with streaming capabilities. it seemed that some of the staff could benefit from further dietary training to ensure that guests with specific requirements are accommodated.
