I was completely blown away by my stay at The Thatch House in Hermanus. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the amazing soul of the place. The interior design and the passionate staff create a truly magical atmosphere. Traveling with my two young kids was a breeze, thanks to the warm family-friendly environment. They even had an adventure treehouse that kept my son entertained throughout our stay. The food and wine were outstanding, and I loved the peaceful and calming environment. I highly recommend this hotel—it's a truly unforgettable experience.

We had the most luxurious stay at this hotel. Our room was equipped with exclusive amenities that made our stay comfortable and memorable. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for a relaxing day and sun loungers were available for us to use. the garden area was beautifully maintained and provided a serene atmosphere for us to unwind.

We encountered a minor issue with the service, but it was quickly resolved by the friendly staff. this did not detract from our overall experience at the hotel.

The staff is welcoming and attentive, and the hotel has plenty of facilities, including a gym, kayak, and two pools. The food in the restaurant is excellent, with a peaceful setting, and the location is great for exploring nearby towns and attractions.

Spent my Easter break at a charming, boutique hotel that offered tranquility and peace. the rooms were spacious and well-designed, with stunning views of the nearby lagoon. the food was delicious and there were plenty of activities to enjoy, including a gym and two pools. the friendly staff made sure that we had everything we needed, without being intrusive. Plus, it was just a short drive to nearby attractions.

While the venue was lovely in many respects, I do wish there were more facilities available on-site. For the price of the stay, I expected to find a few more amenities, such as a hot tub or a heated pool.
