I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming countryside retreat. the ensuite room at this place was nice, comfortable, and lovely. the owner was very helpful and the breakfast was amazing, with plenty of home-cooked food. the highlight of my stay was definitely the pool, which was a godsend after a long drive. I also enjoyed a great picnic by the river, surrounded by natural beauty. It truly felt like staying in the jungle, with loud frogs and a vibrant dawn chorus of birds. it was a unique and enjoyable experience.

The beautiful countryside surrounding the property was stunning, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. the rooms were elegantly decorated, creating a luxurious and comfortable environment. the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. the breakfast prepared by the owner was a highlight, with delicious homemade jams, fresh eggs, and plenty of fresh fruit. It was evident that the owner put a lot of love and care into every detail.

While the location was beautiful, it was a bit isolated and far from any major attractions or amenities, making it necessary to have a car. the lack of on-site activities or amenities, besides the pool, left us wanting more options for entertainment.

our recent stay in Chambon was truly unforgettable. Moulin D'Amour exceeded our expectations in every way. The warm pool, beautiful old mill, and walk in the countryside made for a perfect getaway. The spacious and beautifully furnished rooms added to the charm of this special place.

The exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail. The delicious meals, especially the family dinner on the patio. The opportunity to converse with fellow guests and the owners in a mix of French and English. a memorable experience.
