I had a wonderful stay at a centrally located venue in Hermanus. the views from the balcony were brilliant and created a relaxed atmosphere. the staff, especially Jaco and Brenda, were friendly and attentive, providing warm hospitality. the spacious and clean 3-bedroom apartment was nicely appointed. the location was convenient, with easy access to the town center and main harbor areas. the apartment's braai area and spaciousness were great for hosting parties or allowing kids to run around. the staff also provided helpful recommendations for dining and made arrangements for airport transfers.

A last-minute decision to go shark diving turned into an unforgettable experience thanks to the helpful staff at this hotel. Despite all other companies being fully booked, they went the extra mile to secure a private trip for our group of seven. It was truly a highlight of our trip. The location is great, close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

We had such a great stay in the city and the hotel had some great features. the staff were really helpful and offered us complimentary tea and coffee. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and we could easily walk to all the main attractions. the room had all the necessary amenities and we particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed.

There were a couple of things that let our stay down. the noise from the construction work next door woke us up early in the morning and disturbed our sleep.

Lovely 2 night stay with friends in a spacious apartment. Conveniently located near the harbor and beachfront shops/restaurants. The apartment was well-equipped with a lovely kitchen and living area. Plenty of cupboard space in the bedrooms. Staff at reception and breakfast were friendly.

Bathrooms were a bit small with little space for personal items. There was some noise from doors slamming and delivery trucks parked outside.

I loved how it was located inside a shopping centre that had everything I needed. The room was spacious and clean, and I really appreciated the soundproofed rooms. Friendly staff, clean and spacious apartments, modern kitchen, great view. Comfy beds, pillows. Convenient location near mini-mall with minimal noise. Superb service and extra treats for special occasions. Incredible weather and plenty to do nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was superb, just a short walk to the picturesque coastline of Hermanus. We loved the modern and spacious apartment, with lots of natural light. It was also great to have the convenience of a shopping complex right on site. the apartment was serviced and cleaned daily, giving us the best of both worlds with a hotel-like experience and the freedom of a self-catering apartment. the only thing we missed was a swimming pool. Whale Coast All-Suite-Hotel - De Chatillion Collection provided a perfect base for our visit to Hermanus.
