The front desk staff are helpful, but phone call before arrival wasn't informative. Rooms are nice with attentive and lovely staff. The cheese board and coffee are better than most good restaurants. Unplanned New Year's Eve dinner in the wine cellar was great. Price of hotel and food is reasonable for a family gathering or meetings.

During my recent stay at Riboville, I was impressed by the spacious and well-appointed room. The leather chairs overlooking the beautiful view were a highlight. The dining room provided a cozy atmosphere and the food was excellent. The service staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Special mention to Taylor, the exceptional barman, and his cousin Quasi for their outstanding service. If you're looking for a special place to relax in Johannesburg, I highly recommend Riboville. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the view from the window was breathtaking. the bed and pillows were of top quality, and it was a great place to relax. the breakfast was fresh and delicious. the hotel's location is a huge plus, located away from the bustling city center but easy to access.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is close to the Mall of Africa and other tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds and cozy couches. Guests also appreciate the coffee machine, tea station, and welcome drink provided in the rooms. Additionally, the hotel offers stunning views from the balcony or patio.

One negative aspect is that there were no teaspoons available in the room, causing inconvenience for guests.

We had a marvelous and luxurious experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were pampered by the exceptional service of the staff. the garden area and outdoor swimming pool were lovely places to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. the full body massage at the Spa & Wellness Centre was truly outstanding. the room advantages were impressive, with exquisite linens and exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs.

The only small issue we encountered was that the in, room breakfast could have been more varied, as there were only a few options available. Nevertheless, everything was cooked to perfection and tasted great.
