Great location near a popular shopping mall and other dining options.

The restaurant lacked organization and the buffet items were not replenished when finished. Communication with the staff was difficult as they did not speak English.

I had a wonderful stay at Sofitel. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and accommodate my needs. The concierge desk was truly brilliant, helping me book drivers for my days in Harbin and making my stay much more pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food quality was excellent. The hotel also had high hospitality standards, and the level of service was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel.

The buffet is great for all meals. Rooms and facilities are well-appointed. The concierge, Frank, is helpful. French press coffee at breakfast is good.

The hotel facilities were excellent, and I especially enjoyed the convenience of being next to a large shopping mall with a variety of restaurants. The location was perfect, as it was in close proximity to the downtown area and easily accessible by cab. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and I was impressed with the well-maintained rooms and common areas. The breakfast offered at this hotel was delicious and had a great selection to choose from. I was highly satisfied with my experience.

Our stay here was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. The service was impeccable, and we loved spending time at the Spa & wellness center and the indoor swimming pool. The sauna and steam room helped us to relax, and the body scrub and facial treatments left us feeling refreshed. The restaurant offered in-room breakfast and special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area had an extensive selection of drinks. We enjoyed spending time in the leisure/TV room and taking advantage of the private facilities.

Con: Although we had a fantastic stay, the only minor issue was the location. It was a bit of a distance from the main attractions, but the hotel provided a shuttle service that mitigated this problem.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel during our city trip. The staff was amazing, and we felt like VIPs during our whole stay. The luxurious feeling of the accommodation made us feel pampered and relaxed. The location was also perfect, very convenient for exploring the city and discovering new places. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and had great amenities.

There were a few downsides that we experienced. The breakfast options were not up to our expectations, with limited choices and not always fresh food.
