Very clean and welcoming with access to water play area. Neat sheets and comfortable bed. Great location, feels like a natural park in the heart of the city due to surrounding trees. Good variety of on-site activities including putt putt, water slides, play area, and multiple restaurants. Offers convenient access to spa, mall, and other amenities ensuring no one is left stranded.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a shopping mall and offers a variety of activities for both adults and kids. The breakfast was scrumptious with a talented chef preparing amazing food. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff had high levels of professionalism. Security at the gate was tight as well. The hotel had a backup generator that ensured the frequent power cuts didn't affect our stay.

Our chalet was a bit dark and the carpeted floors seemed old. The signal was poor, even though we had access to WiFi.
