My recent stay at Villa Gracia was fantastic. The warm and friendly atmosphere made me feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable and stylish, providing a cozy sanctuary during my stay. One specific situation that impressed me was when the owner kept us updated via WhatsApp about the load shedding schedule, ensuring we were prepared. The late check-in option was also very accommodating. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff members were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was mouthwatering, and we appreciated having a spacious and spotlessly clean room. the location could not be beaten - it was convenient and central. a great stay.

It would have been great to have pool towels readily available, and a rubbish bin in the room would have been helpful. Unfortunately, the loadshedding situation caused some inconveniences, including not having a generator available, which led to safety concerns and uncomfortable circumstances.
