We stayed in a very comfortable suite in a nice and quite area, close to a shopping centre. The room was neat and spotless, with a good bathroom and living area. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home, catering to our personal needs. The breakfast was fantastic, and the complementary South African rusks, fresh milk, and juice were a lovely touch. The facilities were well-maintained and we enjoyed a tranquil sleep.

The cellphone signal for my network provider was sketchy during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Xanelle Boutique Guest House. The owners were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The decor was stylish and the breakfast delicious. We also appreciated the personal touch of the information book in the room, which made us feel like we were staying in our own house. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect, situated in a nice and quiet area close to a shopping centre, and we felt safe throughout our stay. The service was top-notch, with housekeeping taking great care of our room and laundry needs. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome drink upon arrival, and the room amenities including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The sitting area and terrace provided a cozy and comfortable space to relax. The garden was beautifully maintained, and the swimming pool was clean and inviting. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, and we were impressed by their professionalism and friendliness. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a lovely weekend away and really enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean with fresh milk and juice waiting for us. The breakfast was delicious and catered to our personal needs. We also loved the lovely garden and the fact that the hotel was situated in a great location close to all the key tourist spots.

That the bathroom could have been updated and was slightly outdated. We also found that the staff were not always available when we needed them.
