My recent stay at Wayside Lodge was truly enjoyable. The hotel provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The owner, Pierre, was incredibly accommodating and made me feel right at home. The rooms were lovely, with comfortable beds and beautiful linen. The on-site bar and restaurant were perfect for unwinding after a long day of travel. Pierre even cooked a delicious steak for me! The location of the hotel was serene and peaceful, offering a calm atmosphere with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the stunning scenery surrounding the lodge. my experience at Wayside Lodge was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to others looking for a perfect place to stay.

Great location close to the main road and easy to find. the staff were friendly and helpful in advising us on things to do in the area and provided us with a map. the room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed.

The noise from the road was incredibly loud and made it difficult to sleep. there was only one restaurant nearby and it was quite expensive.

During my recent business trip to South Africa, I had the pleasure of staying at a charming lodge near the famous Kruger Park. The location was perfect, with easy access to the park and its breathtaking wildlife. The lodge staff were quick to recommend various adventures nearby, such as visiting the Echo caves or exploring the beautiful waterfalls in the area. The rooms were comfortable, with clean bathrooms and excellent service. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious and filling. Additionally, the lodge offered a lovely pool and picturesque views of the surrounding nature. my stay was enjoyable and I would highly recommend this lodge for both business and leisure travelers.

I must mention that the lack of availability of heaters during the winter season was a disappointment.
