The location was amazing, offering stunning beach views and a peaceful atmosphere. I could easily stroll down to the beach to watch the sunset, which was truly breathtaking. The area I stayed in was very quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-set out park and good entertainment at night. The staff were also excellent, particularly the person in the surf shop who was incredibly helpful when my dog struggled in the heat.

During my recent stay at St Ives Bay, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious chalets and their great value for money. The on-site shop was incredibly well-stocked and had everything we needed. The location of the resort was perfect, allowing us to explore the beautiful surroundings and enjoy the wonderful beach nearby. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as limited food choices and some maintenance issues, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was amazing! the beach was stunning, with clear turquoise water and white sand. It was perfect for taking beautiful photos. the surrounding area of Cornwall was also a highlight, with plenty of key attractions just a short distance away. One advantage we enjoyed was the friendly staff, who were always helpful and polite.

One of the main issues we had was with the cleanliness of the accommodation. There was dust everywhere and a moldy smell throughout the property, which was not ideal for someone with allergies like myself.

We recently stayed at St Ives Bay in Phillack for a relaxing beach getaway. The brand new unit exceeded our expectations, boasting excellent appliances and a pleasant surprize in the form of a coffee machine. The thoughtful welcome package with prosseco, tea bags, sugar, biscuits, and coffee added a nice touch. The rooms were superb, the crockery impressive, and the hot tub was a highlight. The convenient location right next to the beach was a bonus, and the hotel's facilities, including a restaurant, indoor pool, individual hot tubs, kids play area. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for its unbeatable location at one of the UK's best beaches.
