The hotel was modern and had a young, friendly staff who spoke great English. the restaurant served delicious food, especially the buffet breakfast which had a wide variety of tasty Russian dishes. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to key attractions and amenities nearby.

The air conditioner in our room didn't work properly on three consecutive days, but the maintenance team was prompt and efficient in fixing it each time. We did experience poor service one evening when we had a group dinner at the restaurant, but this was an isolated incident and all other times the restaurant service was great.

We were lucky to be one of the very first guests at the hotel and received a warm welcome with preferences, discounts, and even a bottle of sparkling wine. The location of the hotel was also very convenient.

The room did not have a suitable workspace for laptops and the WiFi was not reliable.
