I had a great stay at this aparthotel. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a nicely equipped kitchen. The location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the subway. The free wifi and cleaning service were a bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The location of this hotel is unbeatable, being just near Frunzenskaya metro station and away from the busy boulevard. Plus, the breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options.

The location of the aparthotel is very convenient as it is situated just near Frunzenskaya metro station, allowing easy access to the city center. The room was spacious and well-equipped, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was clean and functional, offering all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, being understanding and helpful throughout our stay. Although breakfast was not served in a dining room, it was delivered to the room in bags, ensuring a convenient start to the day. Additionally, some rooms offered a great view, adding to the overall experience.

The check-in process was a bit slow, requiring a short wait even when there was no queue at the reception.

The value for my money was excellent at Vertical Aparthotel. The room was spacious and well-fitted, with a lovely kitchen. The location was perfect, with a metro station just a few minutes away, and the staff were incredibly helpful and available.

The only thing that could make the breakfast option better is more variety.

Conveniently located near metro station and shopping center. Pleasant staff and clean, stylish rooms with nice surprises like multiple bathrooms and separate beds. Excellent value for money.

The location was great, just a couple of train stations away from the center. Plus, it was really easy to get Ubers from the hotel, which made it convenient to explore the city. the room was comfortable and had two bathrooms, which was really helpful when getting ready for New Year's Eve. we enjoyed the fact that the room had a mini-fridge, so we could stock up on snacks and drinks.

First, they charged us extra for everything, even for cleaning and WiFi. Plus, the staff didn't clean the room daily, even though we paid for it.
