The Kings Arms - Fleggburgh Villa provided speedy service without making us feel rushed. The attention to detail from all the staff was amazing, from the warm welcome to the excellent dinner and breakfast service. The room was perfect and the interior design immaculate, creating a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant and separate bar set up added to the overall experience. The staff was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and always had a smile on their faces. The food was more than excellent, with dinner being well presented and tasty. Our bespoke orders were catered for.

The warm welcome and beautiful room made us feel right at home. the food in the restaurant was absolutely amazing, with a great selection of wines to choose from. the staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to meet our needs. the location was perfect, offering a peaceful and romantic escape. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the personal touch of a special message for our anniversary in the room.

The only drawback was the garden room facing the car park, which lacked privacy. It would have been helpful to have net curtains to allow natural light while maintaining privacy.

We had a fantastic stay at the Norfolk Garden Rooms. the rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy, making us feel instantly at home. the staff was lovely and accommodating, welcoming both our puppy and our dietary requirements. the breakfast was excellent, and the location near the church added to the quaint atmosphere. the Garden Rooms were perfectly situated for exploring the Broads and the coast. the pub and restaurant at Kings Arms provided top-notch meals. We are grateful to Nikki, Laura, and the entire team for making our vacation memorable.

The dinner options were delicious and beautifully presented with fresh ingredients, and the breakfast, though limited in choice, was still enjoyable. the rooms were clean, cozy, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and thoughtful touches like extra treats for our anniversary. the location was ideal, with a beautiful country walk just across the road and easy access to nearby beaches. we had a lovely stay and would definitely consider returning.

While the bedroom size was on the smaller side, the owners made the most of the space and the decor was beautiful. However, some minor improvements could be made, such as providing a waste bin in the bedroom and fixing a loose toilet seat.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The lodge I stayed in was lovely and unique, and I especially loved the themed owl room. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The restaurant served absolutely delicious food, with mouth-watering starters and mains, and the drinks were great too. I also enjoyed spending time in the beer garden, sipping on gin before my meal. The hot tub was a fantastic addition to my stay, adding that extra touch of relaxation. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and location were all outstanding.

Our 'cabin' room at Kings Arms was excellent - the perfect place for a relaxing evening. The room was modern, nicely decorated, and the furnishings were very nice. We enjoyed sitting out on our private decking and having an early evening drink. The food at the smart restaurant was absolutely amazing - we were pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The service we received from the staff was consistently brilliant. They were very friendly, professional, and welcoming. We also loved the fact that the property had a "proper pub" atmosphere with great beer and reasonably priced wines.

Although the room was done nicely, we expected better amenities such as a shelf for toiletries and a better view. The lack of a view was a bit disappointing, as we ended up looking at a wall just outside the window.

The restaurant offers outstanding meals, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. the hot tub is a great amenity that adds a fun element to the stay.

The temperature control in some of the rooms can be a bit problematic, with issues such as the thermostat being locked and the heating system being too warm, causing discomfort during the night.

We stayed at The Kings Arms for 1 night prior to exploring the surrounding coast. The Owl Room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The evening meal at the adjoining restaurant was fabulous, with welcoming and attentive servers. The hot tub was a great way to relax and unwind. The morning staff were friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and the room was spotless. Definitely recommend for a hideaway or a quiet stopover.

It was a great hideaway and a perfect base for exploring the surrounding coast. We would definitely recommend it.
