I had a fantastic stay at the Kings Arms! Great value for money and the room was perfect - cozy bed, a spacious bathroom, and everything spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location was convenient, with easy parking and close to amenities.

As for breakfast choices, it would have been nice to have a bit more variety. Maybe some fruit or pastries would have been a nice addition.

The Kings Arms - Fleggburgh Villa was an absolutely perfect choice for a romantic getaway. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the food served in the restaurant was exceptional. The highlight of our stay was the delicious and beautifully presented meals. The rooms were clean and cozy, with a lovely big comfortable bed. The hot tub was a great addition and the breakfast was delicious as well. it was a 10/10 experience and we can't wait to return.

The only drawback was the garden room facing the car park, which lacked privacy. It would have been helpful to have net curtains to allow natural light while maintaining privacy.

We had a fantastic stay at the Norfolk Garden Rooms. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy, making us feel instantly at home. The staff was lovely and accommodating, welcoming both our puppy and our dietary requirements. The breakfast was excellent, and the location near the church added to the quaint atmosphere. The Garden Rooms were perfectly situated for exploring The Broads and the coast. The pub and restaurant at Kings Arms provided top-notch meals. We are grateful to Nikki, Laura, and the entire team for making our vacation memorable.

While the bedroom size was on the smaller side, the owners made the most of the space and the decor was beautiful. However, some minor improvements could be made, such as providing a waste bin in the bedroom and fixing a loose toilet seat.

Our 'cabin' room at Kings Arms was excellent - the perfect place for a relaxing evening. The room was modern, nicely decorated, and the furnishings were very nice. We enjoyed sitting out on our private decking and having an early evening drink. The food at the smart restaurant was absolutely amazing - we were pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The service we received from the staff was consistently brilliant. They were very friendly, professional, and welcoming. We also loved the fact that the property had a "proper pub" atmosphere with great beer and reasonably priced wines.

Although the room was done nicely, we expected better amenities such as a shelf for toiletries and a better view. The lack of a view was a bit disappointing, as we ended up looking at a wall just outside the window.

The food was amazing and the room was spotless. Definitely recommend for a hideaway or a quiet stopover.
