Excellent service from the gentleman at check-in who helped us settle quickly. Convenient location just a short Metro ride from the city center. Safe and comfortable neighborhood. Clean and simple room with great hot water supply. Lovely free breakfast at the restaurant. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Our room at Blues was cozy and comfortable. We loved that they had free water and coffee in the room, as well as a well-stocked minibar. The breakfast spread was delicious, especially the cottage cheese pancakes. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main metro line, and the area was quiet and peaceful. Most of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend Blues to others.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. the location was excellent, just a short walk away from the metro. the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. the rooms were superior, and our second-floor room had a nice view of the street and park. the staff at the hotel were among the best we have ever experienced. Elena at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with some problems we had. the breakfast was also very good, with a nice buffet and the option to order other dishes. We also enjoyed the excellent restaurant in the hotel. we loved our time at Blues!

During my recent city break, I found a great hotel value for money. the location was perfect, just a few minutes from the metro station and with convenient access to nearby shops and sights. the room was clean and comfortable, with modern facilities including a good Wi-Fi connection. I also appreciate the in-house bar and restaurant with great food options and a welcoming atmosphere.

The housekeeping service could have been more consistent, as sometimes it was necessary to request cleaning. the noise in the common areas was sometimes disruptive, particularly in the mornings.
