We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from the metro. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The rooms were superior, and our second-floor room had a nice view of the street and park. The staff at the hotel were among the best we have ever experienced. Elena at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with some problems we had. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice buffet and the option to order other dishes. We also enjoyed the excellent restaurant in the hotel. we loved our time at Blues!

The housekeeping service could have been more consistent, as sometimes it was necessary to request cleaning. the noise in the common areas was sometimes disruptive, particularly in the mornings.
