The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with spacious and well-furnished rooms that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet and scenic area while still being close to everything. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs and were incredibly welcoming throughout our stay.

The facilities at the hotel were top, notch. There was a great gym and pool area, perfect for staying active and relaxing. the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of local and international cuisine to choose from. the location of the hotel was also a major advantage, as it was centrally located and easily accessible to key attractions in the city.

One aspect that I disliked was the lack of kitchen utensils in the family room. It would have been convenient to have plates, knives, and forks available in the kitchen.

The hotel has spacious and well-furnished rooms that let you feel like you're in your own apartment. the staff is excellent, and the restaurant provides delicious food and excellent service. the location is also great as it provides beautiful lake views, which is a great advantage.

There are a few drawbacks to consider. the hotel charges for spas and room service separately, which can be inconvenient at times.

Crystal House exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The hotel had a wow effect with its exceptional product and food. The clean and well-maintained rooms felt like our own apartment, complete with a kitchen. The staff, from cleaners to concierge, were excellent and made us feel welcome. The spa was luxurious and child-friendly, while the restaurant offered amazing food and service. We highly recommend spending the extra money for this extraordinary hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore all of Kaliningrad. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and feel like your own apartment. The staff is exceptional, providing excellent service from the cleaners to the front desk and concierge. The spa is outstanding, offering a luxurious experience for both adults and children. The restaurant serves incredible food, deserving of several Michelin stars. The view of the lake is simply beautiful and adds to the overall ambiance.

One minor inconvenience is that some staff members in the restaurant can be a bit arrogant and may have difficulty communicating in English.
