The double room at The Millcroft was spacious and comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The owner was exceptionally helpful and eager to improve, ensuring a pleasant stay. The cleanliness of the room and the well-prepared, tasty food were highlights. Additionally, the Scottish Breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to the day. The hotel's location was convenient, with a shop nearby for any necessities. The view over the bay was simply breathtaking, especially during the sunset.

I had the best night's sleep in a long time with stunning views from my room. The room was nicely decorated and clean, with a pleasant shower. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was hearty. The hotel is in a beautiful location with beaches on either side. this hotel had friendly staff, great facilities, and a wonderful sea view.

The bed was comfortable and it was easy to fall asleep. The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were delicious and generously portioned. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel by the beach. The location was perfect, right next to a beautiful sandy shore and also conveniently close to a cozy pub. Our room was surprisingly spacious and had large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bed was comfortable, making it easy to drift off to sleep. The service was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious with generous portions. We also enjoyed exploring the surrounding area and taking in the stunning views.

We did notice that some areas of the hotel were not well-maintained and could use some improvement.

The value for money at Millcroft was great, with a clean and well-equipped suite that had a stunning view over the bay for sunsets. The hotel's location was perfect for leisurely walks in the evening, and there were convenient amenities nearby. The staff went above and beyond, even accommodating late dessert requests and providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The breakfast menu could have offered more options for vegetarians or provided an early morning packaged food service to cater to early risers.

What a great Easter stay! the view from our room was breathtaking, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. the food was excellent, with lots of vegetarian options that were surprisingly delicious. We also appreciated the warm and cozy room, which had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings, with plenty of interesting local attractions nearby.

Our only complaint was the mattress – it was a memory foam one, which we didn't find very comfortable. But the warm and welcoming atmosphere, the excellent food, and the stunning location more than made up for it.

The stunning sea views from my room were absolutely breathtaking, especially in the morning when I opened the curtains. the upgrade I received was a pleasant surprise, and the room itself was amazing with a large double bed and beautiful furnishings.

The lounge area chairs in the apartment were uncomfortable, which was a bit disappointing. the food options in the restaurant were a bit expensive for what was offered, and the portion sizes were on the smaller side.
