We were initially given a room in the new building, but the AC didn't work. However, the manager quickly moved us to another room in the original building with a working AC. The staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early. The rooms were clean and didn't smell like smoke. We had good water pressure and hot water in the shower. The location was convenient for visiting the Eagle Observatory and the Mariinsky Primorsky Theatre. The room we stayed in was spacious and even had a loft.

The hotel had a great European-style breakfast for a low price and lunch and dinner were also available. The staff was always available and helpful. The location was convenient, with a major bus stop nearby and a 25-minute walk to the city center. Plus, the hotel beds were very comfortable.

The soundproofing between rooms was just okay and the walls were thin, so noise from other guests could be heard. , the nearest convenience store was 10 minutes away and there was only one restaurant in the vicinity.

During my stay over the New Year period, I was pleased with the clean rooms and good water pressure in the shower. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check-in early after our train journey. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was just a short distance from the Eagle Observatory and a quick bus ride to the Mariinsky Primorsky Theatre. Additionally, the spacious room with a loft added a unique touch to our stay.

There were a few drawbacks to our experience. The breakfast was overpriced and the club music blaring in the hall at 8 am was quite disruptive.
