The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, especially Lydia who greeted us upon arrival. The fixtures and fittings in the room were of high quality, and everything was spotless. The breakfast offered a diverse and delicious range of food, and the owner personally welcomed us.

It was difficult to get drinks at the pool as there was only one person on reception who had to do everything. The rooftop bar had limited opening hours, and there was no service available at the pool area.

I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely newly refurbished house in Begur. The spacious rooms had an exquisite decoration and some even offered views of the bay/sea. The location was ideal, just 1 minute away from the main square with parking located only 2 minutes away. The staff provided excellent service, waiting for us upon our late arrival and taking the time to tell us about their project. The included breakfast was delicious and complete. I can't wait to return in the summer to enjoy the cool swimming pool and rooftop views of the Pyrenees, sea, and Begur castle. I highly recommend Alta House!

alta house begur exceeded my expectations during my recent weekend trip to begur. the staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel had a comfortable atmosphere with a beautiful rooftop terrace. the room was spotless and had a wonderful view of the garden and swimming pool. i will definitely be recommending alta house to my friends!

Starting the new year at this hotel was fantastic! the hotel has a beautiful decor and the grounds with the pool are lovely. We enjoyed the incredible views of the surroundings which are perfect to walk to various places nearby. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a big smile on their face, making us feel welcome. the breakfast was delicious, fresh and complete. We also liked the nearby restaurants that offered delicious food we enjoyed. we liked the convenience of having a patisserie nearby where we tasted some unique treats.

Couldn't think of anything. the experience was just perfect, and we would definitely come back for another holiday.

We stayed at a hotel that was situated right in the vibrant center of town, just a short walk from the beautiful church of Begur. The location was perfect for exploring the area and immersing ourselves in the local culture. The rooms were clean and modern, with comfortable beds and a refreshing air conditioning system. The bathroom was pristine with modern amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, and the rooftop view was simply stunning.

Although the hotel provided a great experience overall, it would have been nice to have a mirror in the bedroom for added convenience.
