We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the center of everything. Being on the beach was an added bonus, allowing us to enjoy stunning views and take leisurely walks along the shore. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with them being friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with our needs. The room amenities were fantastic, with a well-stocked mini-bar, a comfortable sitting area, and a spacious dining table. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV and free toiletries. We also made use of the excellent facilities, such as the leisure swimming pool and the free Wi-Fi, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Our only suggestion for improvement would be to introduce a wider variety of cuisines in the hotel's restaurant. While we appreciate the Russian food served, it would be nice to have options like Turkish or Arab cuisine to cater to different tastes.

I stayed at a hotel located in the center of Sochi, on the promenade. The room had a great view of the sea and the mountains from the balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had a pool area with a bar, which was a nice place to relax. I also enjoyed the beautifully landscaped territory.

The buffet had very little variety and the quality of the food was poor.

We had a fantastic stay at Zhemchuzhina Grand! The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked well. The food options were great, especially for our kids. The hotel's location was central and offered a beautiful view from our balcony. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and provided a private and peaceful atmosphere. The convenience of small stores within the hotel was a bonus, as we were able to easily purchase items like silicone shoes and medicines. The staff were friendly and the service was well-organized. We would definitely consider returning here in the future.

I stayed at Zhemchuzhina Grand for the World Cup match and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect, close to the beach and main areas of the city. The pool area and private beach are great, and the sea view from even-numbered rooms is stunning. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and I even received a birthday cake as a nice gesture. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with recent renovations. The balcony view of the sea is magnificent, and the restaurant Priprava offers delicious food at fair prices. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
