The hotel staff exceeded my expectations and were very friendly and approachable, especially with my mom who is a senior and not great with technologies. They even reassured me about her check-in and made sure she was taken care of. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the main attractions of Moscow. The hotel had a homemade atmosphere, with a lovely little garden and tasty breakfast. My mom can't wait to come back!

Great value for the money, the room was clean, comfortable and had a large bathroom. The hotel's location near Red Square was perfect, just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful.
