The hotel is located conveniently close to many interesting places, with a school opposite. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities provided. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including omelets, cheese, pancakes, and even Chinese dishes. Additionally, the hotel has a refreshing pool area, perfect for relaxation.

The staff were excellent, especially Nimer who provided great assistance throughout our stay. The recreation room was clean with fantastic attendants. The breakfast exceeded expectations, except for the coffee. The internet connection was fast and we were allowed a late check out until 3pm. a satisfying stay at Grand Park Hotel.

The room was not very clean, with stains on the sofa and cushions. We also noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke on our floor.

We also enjoyed the delicious Sohoor they served during Ramadan. the quality of service was great and we were satisfied with our stay.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Jeddah, the staff at Grand Park were extremely welcoming and made our wedding event truly special. They provided excellent support and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with easy access to the coast and other interesting places in Jeddah.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay at Grand Park. The suite we were given did not match the room we had booked, and there were no additional bathrooms or minibars in the room.
