During our stay at Ibis, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the convenience of having a locker and small fridge in the room. The hotel provided basic toiletries, such as liquid soap and shower gel/shampoo, which was a nice touch. The staff, including the security personnel, were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The location of the hotel was ideal, especially if you need to be close to Vnukovo Airport. With the metro station just across the street and a shopping mall nearby, it was convenient for exploring the city.

Despite the positive experiences, it's worth mentioning that the breakfast selection was a bit disappointing compared to previous experiences at Ibis hotels. The continental selection of hams and bread was limited, and the coffee was not to our liking.

The hotel had a great location, very central and convenient for exploring the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the luggage room was a very useful facility. the rooms were clean, comfortable with nice and spacious bathrooms. the beds were very comfortable.

There was no tea or kettle in the room, which was not really convenient, especially in the winter. the laundry service was not great and quite expensive.

This hotel is in a great location, right next to the train station where you'd get off the airport link train. It's also opposite to a good department store and just opposite to Kievskaya metro station. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay. The staff provide overall great service and the breakfast offers amazing food.

Excellent location with easy access to the metro and a nearby shopping mall. the hotel is secure and the surroundings are clean and quiet. the room on the 10th floor offers a nice view and everything is clean and well-maintained. the staff at the 24-hour reception is helpful and friendly. a great value for the price.

perfect location, adjacent to shopping mall and metro station. Moscow river nearby. Staff helpful & polite, rooms well-equipped. Great buffet breakfast. Would definitely come back if visiting Moscow again.
