From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a colorful view of the city. The breakfast and restaurant staff were attentive and polite. We also had the chance to visit the SPA, which left us feeling rejuvenated. we were impressed with the high level of service provided by Lotte Hotel. Despite a few minor drawbacks, this hotel is definitely worth recommending.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city with easy access to all the key sights. It was also just off the main road, so it was nice and quiet. The staff was the friendliest and most professional I have ever encountered. They were always helpful and spoke very good English. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hotel facilities were superb, including the spa and pool. The breakfast had a good selection and everything I had was delicious.

Spent Easter at this luxury hotel and it was truly amazing. the breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from and it all tasted delicious. the spa and pool area were a great place to unwind and relax after a long day of sightseeing. the location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and easy to get around.

The check-in process was quite slow and took longer than expected. the staff seemed to lack knowledge about some of the amenities offered at the hotel.

Attention to details, spacious room and bathroom, tasty breakfast, excellent Japanese restaurant, relaxing spa. Top-notch experience!

Exquisite Service and Attention to Detail

In terms of drawbacks, the only minor issue I encountered was the slightly long check-out process. However, this didn't dampen my overall experience at Lotte Hotel Moscow.

The rooms are well equipped, comfortable and clean. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is amazing and delicious. The location is great with plenty to see and do nearby.

The spa and wellness centre on site was immaculate and provided us with an exclusive experience. The indoor pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna were the highlights of our stay. The restaurant and bar areas had a great vibe and atmosphere. The continental breakfast was provided free of cost and was highly satisfying.

Our only minor issue was with the cost of the food and drinks in the lounge. It was overpriced and not in line with the luxurious amenities that this hotel provided.

The service at this hotel was outstanding and the staff treated us like royalty from check-in to departure. The location was very convenient, within walking distance of key attractions. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, with a magnificent view of the city.
