My Xmas stay was great! the two complementary wine bottles in the room were a nice surprise, along with the thoughtful festive decorations. the location was perfect, just a few steps from the main square and the Christmas market. the breakfast spread was also good, with lots of options to choose from.

The room was really small and cramped, even for just two people. the heating system was not working properly and it was quite chilly during the night.

Plus, the hotel is conveniently located close to the center and surrounded by numerous great restaurants. The rooms are beautifully designed with natural wooden finishings and equipped with modern amenities like Yamaha sound systems. The service is top-notch and the breakfast is tasty, served à la carte.

Some noise from nearby bars and restaurants may disturb your sleep if you prefer to keep the windows open.

The bathroom was smaller than expected, but the shower was large. However, there was zero counter space and nowhere to put things. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The staff were professional and polite. The hotel had a lovely modern design and the rooms were equipped with high-quality gadgets and products. The location was central and surrounded by trendy shops, restaurants, and cafes. I had a great stay at Moss Boutique and would recommend it.

I especially loved the amazing breakfast and dinner options at the hotel's restaurant, Cofemania. The staff, particularly Anton and Gleb, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were well-equipped and the bathrooms had professional hairdryers, a detail every woman appreciates. The beautiful terrace behind the building added to the overall charm of the hotel. After staying at numerous hotels in Moscow, I can confidently say that Moss is the best hotel I've experienced. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The only minor issue was the lack of a spa or sauna to unwind in after a long day of sightseeing. the other luxurious features of this hotel more than made up for it.
