The hotel had fantastic facilities, including a gym and wellness center that I absolutely loved. The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, and they even fixed a problem with the AC in my room right away. The transportation options were also great, with a metro station right next to the hotel that made it easy to explore the city. And the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The airport shuttle service was unorganized and the driver couldn't speak English. It took a long time to find the driver and he didn't wait in the arrival area.

The room had a beautiful view and the housekeeping staff kept it clean and stocked with extra water. The breakfast had a wide variety of pancakes, fresh juices, and friendly service. The best part was the unexpected birthday surprise from the General Manager. Novotel, you deserve 5 stars!

The location was excellent, with easy access to the metro stations and a beautiful river nearby. We also loved having the Afimall shopping mall right next door, offering endless shopping and dining options.

Nothing not to love.

I had a great stay at Novotel for my 30th birthday celebration. The location near the metro and shopping mall was convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for two people. I appreciated the small treat they surprised me with on my birthday. The breakfast had a good variety, and the hotel provided complimentary replenishment of the mini bar. a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
