This place is perfectly located just off the main street, making it easy to explore the city center. The staff, especially Ekaterina, provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The room amenities were great, including the comfortable sitting area and the free Wi-Fi. The hotel allowed us a slightly later check-out at no extra cost, which was very convenient.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is located in a quiet area just off the main street of St Petersburg, making it a convenient base to explore the city. It is close to everything in the center of St Petersburg, including the famous Nevesky Ave and a small supermarket for daily use. The rooms are nice and clean, with separate bathroom and toilet, and come equipped with toiletries, a hairdryer, and complimentary bottled water. The hotel also provides free WiFi, a water kettle, and a fridge in the room.

The outlets near the working desk could have been better placed, and it would have been nice to have a water tab in the toilet room.

I had an amazing stay at Novotel, with a perfect location just a short walk from Nievskiy Boulevard. The hotel was eco-friendly, maintaining high cleanliness standards. The front desk staff went above and beyond, even offering us early check-in free of charge on my birthday. The hotel is ideal for both business trips and vacations. The good WiFi and great service made my stay even better. I highly recommend Novotel for a fantastic experience.

During our stay at Novotel, we had a wonderful experience. The pictures of the hotel were accurate, and the room was exactly as we expected. We appreciated the complimentary bottles of water provided in our room every day, as well as the friendly hotel staff who went out of their way to accommodate our needs, especially for our baby. The gym was well-equipped, and the TV had a great selection of channels in different languages. The breakfast offered a good selection of basic options, and the hotel's location was convenient, with shops, malls, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance.

For us, everything was ideal during our stay at Novotel. 😊
