During my Christmas stay, I found the hotel to be well-located near public transportation, making exploring the city easy. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the breakfast spread was good, with a nice variety of options to choose from.

The room was very basic and lacked some necessary amenities, such as air conditioning and proper curtains. This made for a bit of discomfort at times.

The room had a clean and basic design, perfect for a comfortable stay. We were delighted to find that the hotel had a coin laundry place nearby, which was rare in Russia. Additionally, there was a 24-hour grocery store and a subway station just a short walk away. The availability of a GSM SIM card at a nearby store was a pleasant surprise. We also appreciate that some of the hotel staff spoke English and were very helpful in assisting us. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and helpful amenities.

Great location next to metro with helpful staff. Suite in Room 601 impressive with comfortable furnishings and awesome amenities. Enjoyed the tasty breakfast. excellent service and pleasant experience.
