We stayed at this hotel in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the old town attractions like Giralda and Alcazar. The receptionist was friendly and our room on the second floor had a lovely little terrace. Despite being in the heart of the city, our room in the back of the hotel was quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were helpful, providing us with maps and calling taxis when needed. Cool Sevilla offered great value for money and a comfortable place to rest after exploring the city.

I had a great stay at a hotel in the San Pedro neighborhood that was very walkable to the historic city center, cafes, restaurants, and the river. The single room I stayed in was small but clean and met my expectations for a shorter stay. The wifi connection was excellent and I loved the small inner courtyard with beautiful ceramic tiles. Some of the staff, like Claudia and Helena, spoke English and were very helpful. They even recommended a fantastic free walking tour that I thoroughly enjoyed. a great value for the price.

During my stay at Cool Sevilla, I was pleasantly surprised by the smooth and efficient communication I had with the hotel prior to my arrival. I was even able to check in to my room earlier than expected. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to provide me with recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area. I felt very welcome and taken care of. The room itself was well-equipped for a short stay and was cleaned daily, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment. The hotel's location, right next to the "Setas de Sevilla" and within 10 minutes walking distance of the cathedral and other landmarks, was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend Cool Sevilla to anyone visiting Seville and I will definitely be back if I visit again! my experience was top-notch. Muy bien!

This hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the old town. There's a cafe on the corner where you can grab a drink or snack, making it really convenient. The room was spacious and quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, giving us excellent directions to local attractions. the hotel provided a central and comfortable base for exploring the city.

The bathroom could be a bit slippery and difficult to maneuver in, especially when getting in and out of the bathtub for a shower.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk from Las Setas. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with a recently refurbished bathroom that looked great. The daily maid service was a nice touch, ensuring that the room was always tidy and fresh.

One thing that bothered us was the noise from other rooms. The walls were quite thin, so we could hear our neighbors quite easily.

I gotta say, for the price we paid, we got a lot of bang for our buck. The room was spacious and comfy, with a big bed and a fancy bathroom. Plus, having a balcony to watch a procession up close was a unique experience. The location was spot-on too, right in the heart of everything, with tons of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores within a stone's throw. And the staff? We had a great experience at Cool Sevilla. The staff were always friendly and went out of their way to help us. The location is perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions. We stayed in two different rooms - one was spacious with a lovely balcony, while the other, although not as big, still provided a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. we had a pleasant stay.
