The location of the hotel was perfect, with everything within walking distance. The staff were friendly and spoke English. The rooms were clean and quiet, with a great view. The hotel had a variety of restaurants, a supermarket, and a bank for money exchange in the same building. The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch.

The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. the facilities were top-notch, with clean and modern amenities. the key location was a major advantage, as it was centrally located with easy access to coffee shops and restaurants. We also loved the fantastic view from our room, it made our Christmas stay even more special.

That the laundry service damaged two of our brand new t-shirts, disregarding the washing instructions. the staff's handling of this issue was subpar, with a lack of genuine concern or assistance.

The cleanliness wasn't perfect, occasionally forgetting to replace simple items like tea and toilet paper, which left some of us feeling let down during our stay.

Another great thing about the hotel is its awesome location. It's situated in the heart of the city, close to public transport, and there are tons of shops and restaurants nearby that you can easily walk to.

The air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly and this made my stay uncomfortable. It was too hot and stuffy in my room which made it difficult to relax.

The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great too. we had an amazing time here!
