The reception staff was extremely helpful and supportive. Room service and cleanliness were exceptional. The breakfast provided was delicious. The hotel's location was convenient, and I even rebooked to stay for another 3 nights.

Great variety of amenities in the room and hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. Despite the cold weather outside, the hotel was warm and cozy. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and there is a forest park nearby. The breakfast selection was excellent. The guy at the reception desk was polite and helpful. I had a pleasant stay at Prince Park Hotel.

During my recent Thanksgiving stay, I was pleased with the abundance of free parking and the comfortable modern rooms. the staff was very helpful and polite during our stay. The location was also convenient for exploring the city and the great value for money was a pleasant bonus.

Some aspects of breakfast left something to be desired. The eggs and bacon were cold and the selection of items wasn't very appealing, other than the pastries.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was incredibly convenient, being near the metro station and just a short distance from Red Square and the city center. The restaurant on-site was a huge plus, as it was open 24 hours and offered delicious food. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the moment we walked in until the day we checked out. Our room had great amenities, including tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and a dining table. The free toiletries and kitchen utensils were a nice touch, and we also appreciated having an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV. The carpeted floor added a cozy feel, and the staff at the reception desk, including the manager, were always friendly and helpful. We also made good use of the free Wi-Fi and parking facilities.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
