The staff speaks fluent English and allowed me to check in early and check out late. The hotel has a pool, sauna, steam room, bubble bath, and gym. Europa Mall and the business city are within walking distance. There are also affordable restaurants on the 4th floor of the mall.

Hotel location is excellent, just next to Kyevskaya metro station and close to the city center. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, both Russian and Western.

The ventilation system in the room was not working properly, making it too hot and uncomfortable. The breakfast restaurant also had poor ventilation, causing a strong smell of food and kitchen.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right in front of the Station and in the heart of the shopping mall. Plus, the view of the Moskva riverfront from my room was absolutely stunning. The service here was top-notch, with friendly staff who were always ready to assist me. The room itself was well-equipped with everything I needed, from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. The hotel also had a lovely swimming pool and free Wi-Fi, which was a bonus. I was very impressed with the comfort and quality of this place.

During our city break, we got two complementary gifts and location was key, with public transportation nearby. We also enjoyed the lovely view from our room making it a great place to wake up.

The beds were uncomfortable and in dire need of refurbishing. the shower also left something to be desired, with water draining slowly.

The selection of food for breakfast was amazing, and the staff was very helpful. the hotel's facilities were as expected, with a great view outside. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, especially if you are traveling from the airport and have luggage. the hotel is conveniently located near the airport express and metro, which helped us avoid traffic.

The check-in process was slower than expected, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the hotel hosts other businesses, so there were a lot of people coming in and out, which made it a bit uncomfortable to go to the pool or gym in flip flops and sporty outfits.
