The room was clean, tastefully decorated, and had a comfortable bed with nice linen. The shower room was excellent. Room service and cleaning were top-notch. The location was central but quiet, with lovely restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke English.

This hotel in Suzdal has a perfect location, right in the center of the town. It is conveniently situated near all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the historical center of Suzdal on foot. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries. The rooms are spacious and offer a nice view from the windows. The breakfast served here is delicious and provides a good start to the day.

The rooms are clean and fresh, providing a comfortable stay. Guests also appreciate the attentive and helpful staff, making their experience even better. Comfortable and clean room. We were pleasantly surprised by the cozy ambiance. The restaurant offered delicious meals and had an English menu which made ordering easy for us. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring sightseeing spots. The staff were considerate and helpful during our stay. We were able to adjust the room temperature to our liking - a rare treat in Russia.

Perfect location and cozy atmosphere. the room was neat, with heated flooring, great shower and striking colors. the breakfast was a bit pricey but it was good and varied. It was convenient to have the option of a buffet breakfast next door, and there were other excellent restaurants in the vicinity. In terms of location, it was easily accessible to main attractions, and there was a supermarket nearby.

The lack of a lift and some minor confusion in finding the entrance. Despite that, there was no issue with the comfortable and clean room - it was definitely worth the extra steps.
