Breakfast was delicious and the hospitality was great. The local products used were fresh and tasty. Location was central and easy to get around. Enjoyed the cozy design boutique at the ground floor.

Rooms were small and not as described on the website. The bathroom wasn't clean and there were several stains on the sheets.

This hotel in Ürgüp really exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail throughout the property was impressive, from the cozy and peaceful cave-style rooms to the modern facilities and little touches everywhere. The bathroom was larger than rooms in many hotels I've stayed at, and the breakfast served on SOTA's terrace provided beautiful views to start the day off right. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, making sure that all of our needs were met. The location was also perfect, with easy access to some amazing restaurants in the area.

There wasn't a single thing that needed improvement.
