I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, close to all the main streets. The room was spacious with plenty of storage space. The cleanliness was exceptional, with good room service. The fitness facilities were satisfying, and I enjoyed using them. The staff were really nice and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast was tasty, although I didn't like the scrambled eggs. it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They provided us with a free early check-in and even prepared a baby cot for us. The location was also great, with easy access to the city centre and tourist attractions. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had many delicious options to choose from.

Our room had some issues. We had to wait outside for 20 minutes before the room was ready and there was a strong smell of smoke coming from the room next door which was not dealt with, making our stay uncomfortable.

I was amazed by the personalized welcome I received at the hotel. The room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean. The bathroom was a delight with a tub and even rubber duckies! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, offering a shower and breakfast when I arrived early. The management even sent me souvenir postcards after my departure. I highly recommend this hotel.
