I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Kigali. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious food. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, ensuring that I had a comfortable stay. The hotel was also clean and comfortable, providing a great place to rest after a long day of exploring the city. I was even upgraded to a room with a beautiful mountain view, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kigali.

Had a great stay at Gloria Hotel for 4 nights. The staff, especially Florence at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. Comfortable and clean rooms, amazing value compared to other downtown hotels. Excellent central location, close to services and quiet rooms. Wonderful breakfast with good options, always well-served by Desile, Honare, and Fabiola. Highly recommend for another stay!

The spacious, clean room had a comfortable king bed, balcony, and refreshing air conditioning. The open-air restaurant served delicious food, especially the fresh fruit, omelets, and pastries. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and the hotel's central location allowed for easy access to shops and offered a vibrant view of the city from the rooftop terrace restaurant. Great value for money.

The hotel offered complementary breakfast and a shuttle service. the location was perfect, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. the view from the room was breathtaking.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to the city center and in a local area away from the touristy spots. The room was comfortable and clean, with helpful and friendly staff providing excellent service. The breakfast had a good selection and the hotel had a fantastic view from the restaurant.

The smaller room I had lacked a shower curtain and there was no view from the room, making it a bit cramped and stuffy.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, with crisp white linen that was soothing after a long road trip. The location in the city center was perfect, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the energetic vibe of the shop district. The restaurant on the first floor offered a fantastic view over the street, and the rich breakfast spread had a variety of warm and cold dishes, fruits, and drinks. The rooms were also comfortable, providing a pleasant stay overall.
