I recently stayed at this fabulous hotel in East London and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. the location in an industrial area provided a nice quiet atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Secondly, the service and facilities here are top-notch. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a welcome drink and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room amenities were excellent, with everything from ironing facilities to a flat-screen TV. The on-site restaurant served delicious food and the in-room breakfast was a great start to the day. I was extremely satisfied with the service and facilities provided by this hotel.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I gotta say, I got some serious bang for my buck at this hotel. The room was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities I needed, including an ironing board and quality iron. The location was beautiful, with well-kept grounds and a spacious property to roam around. The staff were top-notch, providing professional and courteous service, even arranging a cab for me last-minute. Kudos to the owners for running a first-class operation.

The breakfast selection could use a little improvement, maybe some more variety or options.

The surroundings were gorgeous, providing a perfect escape for nature lovers.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the bathtub was a good size. The hotel facilities, including the spa pool, sauna, and steam room, were well maintained and enjoyable to use. The staff were pleasant and friendly, and the breakfast and evening meals were great. Additionally, the hotel is located in a beautiful area with lovely grounds. There are several restaurants in the area, providing plenty of dining options.

The friendly and attentive staff ensure a top-notch service, making guests feel well taken care of. In the morning, the cafe serves up a delightful breakfast, with options ranging from freshly brewed coffee to delicious pastries. With Lakeside just a short distance away, there is no shortage of entertainment options to explore.

The lack of self-service coffee machines was a disappointment for those seeking a frothy cappuccino or latte.

The Christmas decorations were stunning, and really put us in the holiday spirit. the breakfast offered a nice variety of hot and cold options, which we appreciated. Location-wise, it was convenient to have the spa right underneath the café where we had breakfast.

The customer service was not up to par. the staff seemed indifferent to our needs and were not very helpful.

We got great value for our money with a spacious room that had a lovely velux "balcony" window overlooking the hotel and beautifully maintained gardens. The Sartoria Suite was impressive with a comfortable bed, a skylight bath, a dressing table, and even a sofa bed. The staff were super friendly, especially at Cafe Sartoria, and the breakfast buffet and food at the cafe were fantastic. We enjoyed sitting outside for meals and exploring the grounds.

Lovely stay with great amenities! The spa treatment was absolutely amazing and left us feeling rejuvenated. The modern and well-furnished room provided a comfortable stay. The beautiful grounds added to the overall appeal. I highly recommend this hotel!
