The rooms were comfortable, with nice beds and a good restaurant on-site. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Kigali.

During my stay at Hotel Chez Lando, I was impressed with the exceptional airport shuttle service. It made my arrival in the city hassle-free and convenient. The friendly and accommodating staff, especially Pierre, went above and beyond to provide assistance throughout my stay. The breakfast offered was delicious and filling, and the onsite restaurants provided a variety of options with great customer service. Despite being located near a bustling roundabout and local businesses, the hotel maintained a hidden oasis feel. I also appreciated the security presence, which made me feel safe during my stay.

While the wifi at the hotel was fast most of the time, there were occasional periods when it would be down. The staff did their best to resolve the issues quickly, but it was a slight inconvenience.

The garden was nice, staff was extremely supportive and welcoming, comfortable bed, quiet room, courteous and helpful staff, secure environment.

The staff was courteous and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast, although not outstanding, offered a decent selection of cereal, fresh fruit, bread. I enjoyed reading on the little balcony overlooking the lovely garden, and the free airport shuttle and reliable wifi were great conveniences. Having a restaurant and casual dining space on-site was also a plus.

The rooms were a bit outdated and noisy. the breakfast buffet was not very impressive for the price, and the room service was slow at times.

I had a great experience at a hotel close to the airport and Kimironko market. the staff was kind and helpful, organizing a free airport transfer for me both ways. the hotel had a lovely garden and clean, comfortable rooms with good lighting. the breakfast spread was varied and tasty. They even had a kids play area, which was perfect for my 5-year-old. the wifi worked perfectly and they had a nice boutique and gift shop with fairly priced items.
