The hotel staff were very polite and helpful, with a special mention to Manager Alex. The tour of the garden with the golf cart was a highlight for our child. The restaurant choices were excellent and the rooms were spacious with pleasant views. Safety measures for small kids were in place. The breakfast was delicious and the sitting area was perfect. The airport service was excellent and the bed was comfortable with clean sheets. The sauna and spa were great, and we appreciated the welcoming sweets and fruit in our room. The business lounge food was also great. The staff, especially Naphtal and Aissa, were courteous and ready to help. The views from the hotel were really good.
